Production and Shipping Timeline

Since every product is custom-made to order, your delivery follows a two-step process:

• Production Time: Standard orders typically take 3–7 business days for design, printing, and quality checks before shipping.
• Shipping Time: Once your order leaves our facility, the carrier (e.g., Canada Post, UPS) delivers it to your door. Shipping times depend on your selected method.

Shipping Rates and Options

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed during checkout. We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3–5 business days.
• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery in 1–2 business days.

Choose the option that best fits your schedule and budget.

Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active. You can monitor your shipment in real-time for peace of mind.

Address Accuracy

To ensure timely delivery, please confirm your shipping address is correct at checkout. InkCP is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an address error, a reshipping fee may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
• If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, contact the carrier directly or email us at info@inkcp.ca within 48 hours. We will assist you in filing a claim and ensuring your custom product delivery is resolved.
