At Inkcredible Custom Products (InkCP), accessible at inkcp.ca, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom products. Our mission is to get your order right the first time, ensuring your personalized items arrive exactly as you envisioned.
Our “No Return” Policy
Because all our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for items produced according to your specifications. Once an item has been customized, it cannot be resold.
We encourage all customers to carefully review designs, sizes, and quantities before placing an order to ensure satisfaction.
Exceptions: Product Defects and InkCP Errors
While we aim for perfection, mistakes can happen. InkCP will provide a replacement or refund if:
- Product Defects: The item arrives physically damaged or defective.
- Design Errors: There is a misspelling or design mistake caused directly by InkCP, meaning the final product does not match your approved proof or submitted order text.
How to Report an Issue
If you notice a defect or an error on our part, please follow these steps:
- Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Email info@inkcp.ca with your order number and clear photos of the defect or error.
- Once verified, we will prioritize a replacement at no additional cost to you.
What is Not Covered
Please note that we cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
- Errors in the original design or text submitted by the customer.
- Sizing issues (please consult our sizing charts before ordering).
- Minor color variations between digital screens and the final printed product.
- Items that have been washed, worn, or used.
